Following this trajectory and building on our customer-centric loyalty programme, we have launched our new app with an enhanced m-commerce experience offering more rewards to our loyal customers. With a simple and responsive interface, the new app offers much more than your average loyalty programme.

It is available now on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei AppGallery Store.
The latest addition to the app is the order ahead function which allows you to save time and beat the queue. Simply select your nearest store, browse the list of beverages and retail items such as coffee capsules, coffee beans and cold brew caffè, and make your selection. All beverages can be customised by size, coffee blend and milk offering where applicable. Next you need to select your pre-set time for collection. Lastly you have the option to pay with a linked credit card or accumulated loyalty. This efficient process is finally completed when you pop into the store and collect your order which will be ready and waiting for you. This convenient offering will be available at selected stores nationwide.
When you use the in-app payment options or pay with cash / card while scanning the app you are entitled to 5% loyalty cash back on any food and beverage, or retail purchases. To make the deal even sweeter, or should we say greener, customers bringing in a reusable vida e caffè coffee cup are entitled to a R2 discount off their caffè.
In an effort to ensure a speedy process when securing your caffeine fix, the new app offers different methods of payment – via a secure linked credit card, accumulated loyalty balance or you have the opportunity to just earn loyalty on cash or card purchases made in-store.
Whoever said that there is no such thing as a free lunch clearly hasn’t experienced our new app! Surprise a loved one by sending them a voucher or use loyalty to tip your favourite vida store team. Both options can be done using accumulated loyalty or via the in-app linked credit card payment option.
In addition to exclusive access such as member-only offers, vouchers and early menu previews, the in-store experience is elevated with the addition of a store locator and localised store promotions.

3. Re-register on our new app
Once downloaded, re-register on our new app. You won’t be able to login without re-registering, even if you were a member of our old app.
